15 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

18 - 1 tbsp brown sugar

# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
02 - Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a small bowl and allow to soak for 5 minutes.
03 - Sauté onion, garlic, carrot, and celery in a skillet over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes, then cool slightly.
04 - In a large bowl, gently combine ground turkey, soaked breadcrumbs, sautéed vegetables, eggs, fresh herbs, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard without overmixing.
05 - Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the surface evenly.
06 - Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl, then spread evenly over the meatloaf.
07 - Bake for 50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
