# What You'll Need:
→ Fruit Puree
01 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
02 - 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
04 - 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup, optional, to taste
→ Tea Base
05 - 2 cups strong brewed black tea, cooled
06 - 1 cup sparkling water, chilled
→ Garnish
07 - Fresh mint leaves
08 - Sliced peach and mango
09 - Ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - Place diced mango, diced peaches, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup in a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
02 - Pour the blended fruit mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp if a smoother texture is desired.
03 - Add cooled black tea to the strained fruit puree in the pitcher. Stir thoroughly to ensure complete integration.
04 - Pour chilled sparkling water into the pitcher and mix gently to preserve effervescence.
05 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the prepared mango-peach sparkling tea over the ice.
06 - Top each glass with fresh mint leaves and slices of peach and mango. Serve immediately while cold.
